• Works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
• Defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
• Work with the internal team, marketing staff, customer services and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization.
Skills:
• Develop/propose yearly marketing plan (products, allocation pricing, and profit) as part of the annual business plan.
• Lead sales forecast processes (quarterly, monthly), consolidating individual forecasts developed by the sales force.
• Initiate and coordinate necessary measures in case of product shortages.
• Develop & Prepare guidelines for sales contracts.
• Set inventory levels for inventory management
